About the Experience

The nightscape of Nagoya and projection mapping merge into one, depicting an autumn scene that can be seen nowhere else — a moon-viewing art experience.

Across the wall of windows, the projection mapping portrays an autumn landscape in motion: lush green trees gradually turn color, shifting into golden ginkgo. At last a field of susuki pampas grass spreads beneath a rising full moon, and its light gently bathes the city of Nagoya. As the real nightscape and the digital art melt together, you are invited to gaze over the autumn of Japan as if from high above the sky.

A moon-viewing installation on the observation deck — beyond the susuki grass, autumn leaves and glowing lanterns, the nightscape of Nagoya and a full moon spread out
Tsukimi Soan — the real night view beyond the window, melting into digital art of the full moon

Tour Highlights

Twenty Minutes of Magic Hour — Autumn in Transition

Lush green trees gradually take on color, shifting into golden ginkgo. Then a field of susuki pampas grass spreads out beneath a full moon, and its gentle light washes over the city of Nagoya.

From Dusk to Nightscape — Nature's "Art Time"

Overlaying the "art time" that nature creates as dusk outside turns into night with the digital imagery inside the venue makes for an utterly magical experience.

"Tsukiyo no Doubutsu-tachi" — Animals of the Moonlit Night

An interactive experience: encounter the creatures of autumn living in the windows of light.
